LPS is geared toward helping the immense amount of property owners in the Winter Garden / Orlando area who aren't necessarily at their home all the time. We can be the eyes and ears that your important / expensive investment deserves. Whether you would like us to run by your house and just make sure everything is ok, or do a full inspection of the home inside and out, our goal is to provide you the comfort in knowing your property is in good hands for your return. We can also help prep your property for yours or your guest arrival.

What is Co-Hosting?

Co-Hosting is a term used in the AirBNB / VRBO world that essentially means assistant to your home listing on rental websites. What is different in your company than every other Property Service / Home Watch / Property Management company?

We are a small business, family owned, with a desire to treat and every one of our clients as if they were our own family. We have dealt with numerous property management companies that treat us as if we are their inconvenience. We have built the company we wished we always had. Great customer service, easy to reach whenever you needed them, no huge contracts for an entire year, a company that was about more than another $ sign. Our company is built with a mission to serve you and has a greater purpose than more money for us (30% of our profits are going toward our adoption).
