Why Home Watch?
These are questions we hear frequently. Our services are more than just driving by, or even just walking around the outside of the home.
Our company will do a full visual inspection of the house - a few of the items below:
- Checking for break-ins
- Checking thermostat settings
- Signs of pest issues
- Quick check to see if the water is working fine
- Any signs of water leaks
- Ensuring no issues with any property outside the home
We can also add in any particular's for your home, as we know each home is different.
We are so thankful for the police in our area, and would always recommend to call them if something was going on at your home. But, our vow is to treat your home as we would want our own, and personally we would want someone to go inside the home and ensure there were no issues with our most valuable asset.

Welcome
Lehn Property Services, LLC is a new company to the Winter Garden area!
We started this company after the idea came about dealing with many lackluster property management companies over the years. We envisioned a company that would answer the phone when we called, or that we could get a hold of via text, a company that didn't treat us as an inconvenience, a company that would treat our most valuable asset as importantly as we did! We had hopes and dreams of a property services company with the sort of customer service that a Chick-Fil-A or Southwest Airlines would have.
With that, we created Lehn Property Services, LLC.
We are a family owned small business, of a stay at home mom and a family looking to help others, while along the way making a few extra bucks to help fund our adoption!
