Why use a Home Watch service? What is the need for someone to watch my home when I can just have the police come stop by?These are questions we hear frequently. Our services are more than just driving by, or even just walking around the outside of the home.
Our company will do a full visual inspection of the house - a few of the items below:
- Checking for break-ins
- Checking thermostat settings
- Signs of pest issues
- Quick check to see if the water is working fine
- Any signs of water leaks
- Ensuring no issues with any property outside the home
We can also add in any particular's for your home, as we know each home is different.
We are so thankful for the police in our area, and would always recommend to call them if something was going on at your home. But, our vow is to treat your home as we would want our own, and personally we would want someone to go inside the home and ensure there were no issues with our most valuable asset.
