Why would you need someone to watch your house while on a short term trip?More things come up then you would ever imagine, and do you honestly want to be annoying a neighbor if things do?
A few of the many possibilities:
- Water Line breaks (catastrophic)
- Power goes out and circuits need popped (loss of groceries and an incredibly hot house when you return)
- Break-in (who will be there to speak to the police?)
- Storm damages the house
